Before you order, please make sure that you are happy with your choice.

PRODUCT PHOTOS

We try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible but due to the limits of photography and variations in computer screen calibration the images are intended as a guide only.

SAMPLES

If you cannot get to our showroom, we are happy to send out samples. You can order these by phone or from this website.

The samples will arrive with you unsealed. The colour and finish of the stone will change once sealed so we recomend that you seal your samples with your preferred sealant before you make your choice. We have a wide range of sealants available here.

Before you order, please make sure that you have taken account of wastage factors.

TILE MEASUREMENTS

Our stones are made with care by hand and although machinery is often used to cut the stone the dimensions quoted should be considered as nominal and there will be small variations from the stated sizes and thicknesses. Particularly in exterior stone, where often the edges have been cut deliberately by hand to give a rustic effect.

With exterior stone, you should allow variation in dimensions of at least +/- 10mm .

WASTAGE

Please take into consideration the wastage factors before ordering. For example minor damage may occur during delivery or on site, the cutting and grading of stone before laying will cause wastage and accidental on-site breakages.

COLOUR

Variations will occur in some of our product ranges due to geological reasons. Our stone is natural, cut in quarries from around the world and there will always be a degree of variation in colour, fossil and mineral markings, surface veining and fissure content which is the beauty of natural stone. This is why your stone floor will be individual and unique!

Colours will vary from stone to stone and from batch to batch. We strongly recommend that you over order by approximately 15% in order to replace any breakages/wastage  you may have now or in the future. We cannot guarantee that any future order will come from the same batch.

Each batch of stone will have naturally occurring differences and you may not be able to exactly match your stone again if you under-order.
