We will replace or refund any agreed substandard products as quickly as possible.
Our products are imported and shipped direct to the end user avoiding excessive handling that results in damages. When ordering your materials it is important to allow 10% extra for cuts, waste and a small number of potential breakages (1-3%). In the very rare case that you do receive damages and they exceed 1-3% of the quantity ordered, please report this as soon as possible, kindly make a note of the problem when signing for your goods and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem.
